Marjorie's surgery/busy week

 Backwards....

Found enough room to do push ups.

Ronald McDonald room where I got a free meal last night. It was yummy. A nice group of volunteers from a church I've never heard of made it for us. Pasta, broccoli salad, cookies right out of the oven.

Trying to be real. Surgery went amazing and overall Marjorie is a TROOPER! She is amazing. But the pain is A lot and there have been times that the medication doesn't work as awesome as we'd like. It is going to be a Looooong couple of weeks for us but so much better in the long run.

She was really struggling at first coming out of surgery. Thankfully they gave her a good dose of strong meds and then she was hilarious.

This pic shows two pictures and some of it is overlapped.

Going back, She was already partially drugged at this part and doesn't remember this.

She only broke for a sec right after checking in. Her attitude has been phenomenal.

Lucy played at Weber State on Friday, she pitched well. Sarah played in the pretty n pink tournament here in salt lake yesterday and Friday.

Some games got rained out. Mom and Shan have been helping with kids.

Awesome young women leaders past and current.

Marjorie' s general conference doodles.

Frannie's.

Fran had two games last week as well. She scored 5 or so baskets! Way to go fran!

We are so thankful for the outpouring of love and support we have been given. We are so thankful Marjorie is doing so well. We are hopefully heading home from the hospital very soon, within a few hours.  I'll have to upload Sarah's team pics next week.

Happy 16th Birthday Sarah!!!

Sarah received this award on her birthday unbeknownst to them.

Spencer gave Sarah (and us) this very nice gift. I'm excited to have a protein creami.

Wonderful YW leaders!

Brig and Madi flew out to Kentucky and ran into the twins flying out to africa. I dropped Spencer off later that day. Popular day at the airport.

Joe was able to take Sarah to get her driver's license!!! Yippee!!!

She had a ballgame that night as well! Gma came and watched and brought treats for her team. Thank you Mom.

Singing to her after, the video is terrible.

Kellson brought her these beautiful flowers and a cute sweatsuit and necklace.

New shirt.

We are so thankful for Sarah! She is doing great things. She works hard at school, her spiritual life, softball, and in her relationships. Hope it's an awesome year for her!
