Spencer had 2 pieces in it and he got 2nd place with this piece. It is so him--funny boy.
Brigham got an honorable mention on his self portrait but wouldn't let Spencer take his picture. Lame. Way to go kids!!! My art students did awesome as well. Some 1st places, and most creative.
There were no ribbons in the Elementary section. I don't know if they are not judging them anymore or what. Weird.
Both of these pics of Lucy's were on display.
Brigham's choir concert was really good too! Fun to see and the kids did great!

Spring Break
Snow from last week from my cell phone.
Sarah and Marjorie with Brigham, playing in real snow in Texas!!!
Sarah's first (real) dental exam. She did awesome and had a great time!
Frisco Heritage Museum--Train museum. It was really fun. $8 for families unless you have a lot of kids and it is $14. So weird.
Practicing their pioneer skills.
Riding the DART down to the Musuem of Art in Dallas. Trying to see the schedule.
Thanks Brig for snapping a picture of Heber and I. He was such a trooper even though he had a slight meltdown on the way home. On the train. Screaming. Really loud. For 20 minutes. At least. Good times.
We did have a really great time. The day we did the train stuff happened to be the 5 yr anniversary of Gramps death. Gramps LOVED trains. Grannie was really happy to hear that was what we had done that day. Tender mercy of the Lord because we were just trying to make up for not going camping. Our trailer was stuck in the mud from all the snow and rain. So we didn't go camping. We watched from fun movies this week, made smores one night out back.
The camera flash was a little creepy!
All in all we had a wonderful Spring Break, we are grateful for so many blessings! Today was great too. Spencer was called as the Deacon's Quorum President in our ward. Alex Randall is 1st counselor. Brigham is his 2nd counselor and Keith McCasland is the secretary. Their blessings were beautiful and it was really fun hearing them. I am so blessed to call them mine. :)

3 snow/ice days
Crazy weather for March and here in Texas!
This was the other day, the one that was delayed start at school.
Heber on Torrie Denny, she held him at our fun couples night at the church. We played bunco--there were a lot of us there and I got the prize for losing the most. :)
