Today was the 4th grade Talent Show at Dodd. Brigham wrote and performed a cute skit with a couple of friends. It was really cute! Had no idea he had done it. I was going to see the slide show they made of his artwork.  Both were awesome!  So proud of him. I will post the slide show when they send it to me.

 

Both boys got their STARR results today. Brigham got commended in Math and very High in Reading and Writing.  Spencer got commended in Reading and very High in Math.  Commended is Above Average or gifted. So glad they have had another great year of school. So excited for SUmMeR!

Joe surprised the boys yesterday and checked them out early for a Rangers game. They had a GREAT TIME, super seats, and the Rangers played awesome.

Memorial Day Weekend with the Maughan's!

 Sarah was excited that they had Pa Pa's toy.  Boy she has not stopped talking about Gpa and Gma this time (since they left).

The Maughan's were our neighbors and friends in West Point (2nd home there), we met them when our Brigham's were little, like 2 or 3.  Last year they moved to a little town near Houston and we have been wanting to visit and finally made it down there.  SOOO glad we did.   They have a SWEET place and we ALL had so much FUN!  I am sure you get the picture! :)   Love you Maughan's, Thanks for the great time! We enjoyed attending their small branch in Sealy too. Marjorie rolled over there for the first time.  She is 4 months old now too! We did drive through a cemetery today in Lockhart, too bad it wasn't one with some of our loved ones in it! Happy Memorial Day!

Field Day

 Field Day was last Friday.  The girls and I went twice to see the kids. Lucy was in the morning and Brigham in the afternoon.

 Sarah ran right into that pole twice.  It looked painful but she didn't seem to mind. Funny girl.

Sarah wouldn't run the hurdles by herself so Brigham took her on his back. Such a show-off for his class. He was so excited to have Marjorie there too. His teachers finally got to see her in real life!

Ballgames

 Lucy got the game ball yesterday, she is improving so much! Her team is on Fire! Go Fireballs!

 The boys lost again by one point. But they had their team party since the next few weeks will be too crazy!

Lucy got recognized at Dinobeat on Friday for 25 AR points.  Great job Lucy!  Last week of Pre school.
