BYU game/random

Found another cousin subbing at canyon view. Paul Gibson, one of Uncle Dick's grandsons. The other gal was adopted by a Gibson family, Bill and Sandy, bbut we can't figure out who they are. 🤣

Sarah made this for her friends giving party. 

Friday night we all headed to Spanish Fork for Morley and kate Bennett's reception. Marjorie went to Autumn's, Heber to Lucas browns, Mary to paisleys. So fun seeing Mike and Cathy Bennett and a few others. 

Brigham has a girlfriend. Her name is Madison Sullivan. We love her. 

Fun seeing Kimball and his wife. 

Joe and I went back to Utah county Saturday night for a late BYU game. Horrible football, fun company.

Mavericks ring/State for Mary

 Sarah's team got their rings. So cool we didn't have to pay for them. 

Poor Mary had some cold rehearsals lately! But matching band is over now. They competed in St George Friday night and got 6th of 9, which is great considering they are in their first year!!!

GMA even braved the weather on Tuesday night for state send off.

Poor Heber got hit in the face at recess by his friends head. Bad cut!

She ended up having a really fun season and making a lot of great friends. And she even got to hang out with Paisley from Spanish fork in St George.

Got to hike to see the Major yesterday with Shan and Emily Farr and the rest of Ogden. Thankful for all the Veterans and their families. 

I subbed everyday last week in fourth grade at West Weber elementary except for Tuesday. It nearly killed me. They were not that great and I'm not getting paid that much. I applied for another job and I'm waiting to hear. I'm also starting my art classes back up. 

Brigham brought his girlfriend Madi Sullivan to dinner tonight with Spencer. She handled our family like a champ. We had a great time. Lucy and cam came last night for the BYU/Utah game and left pretty early this morning for their wards. And BYU is somehow still undefeated which is awesome.

It seems like we have been waiting for this ring for a long time! They finally decided to give them during a State playoff game during Halftime. It was a long drive for 5 minutes but fun. Joe and Sarah were sad to miss but she was playing in Mesquite. Mom rode down with us, we left a little late and barely made it but thankfully it all worked out. 

I believe Lucy, Tatum, Emory and Alyce are the only 4 that got all four rings. So cool.

The  big one on pointer finger is the new one. 

Heber was there but he was with Lucas Brown somewhere. Cute Nat behind us. She likes to photobomb us.

Mary competed in the cold rain yesterday at Davis High. She about froze to death.

Sarah's team went undefeated until the championship and then they couldn't hit the ball. 2nd place.

Sarah did awesome though! Good job babe! And her best friend Alena got to pick up and they had a great time. Joe enjoyed being with her dad Josh and sister.

We got our Thanksgiving up and our THANKFUL tree. We don't do colored lights until December and we can hang thankful leaves all through November. 

Lucy surprised Joe with his own ring today when they got back from Mesquite. It was so rewarding watching it. Both of them seriously put in so much time and effort. They got way more than rings. I love how hard they both worked and all they learned from it. I will put video on our family youtube. I tried to put it on Instagram but I don't know if it will load.
