Mother's Day/Stacy's funeral/Hope of America

Lucy did an incredible job on food truck assignment. She had to come up with an entire business structure for a food truck.

Lucy's friend got answered (dance) with chicks, so we kept them for a week and took them to the Sphren's.

80's day at school.

On Wednesday, Marjorie and I stopped to see Spencer in his new apartment before Hope of America at BYU for Marjorie. It was fun to see where he lives now.

It is super old.

Marjorie is the first white row under the blue stars, about 4 people from the left. This whole thing, including the pre-show was AMAZING! I cried quite a bit actually. It was very well done.

These are senior dancing ladies, all over 55. The oldest was 95 and she did the splits at the end. They have 600 children amongst them and 1500 grandchildren. It was so awesome to watch them dance, they were so cute!

Cosmo was awesome too!

Marjorie did such a great job!

I made the above one for Stacy's kids and the one below for Nikki.

Fran and Benson with the chicks.

Joe gave me the new pot on the left and flowers for Mother's day.

Dad and Brandee's daughter Kiley.

Haylee, Jason Moss (Stacy's middle) and Shan.

Haylee, cousin Brandee, me, Shan

Nikki and Ashley ( Stacy's youngest)

Got to see Aunt Ruby, Diane and sister Paula.

We all went in on this cute blanket we had made for Mom. It turned out so cute!!

While Joe and I were at Stacy's funeral, Lucy, Mary and Spencer painted the jockey for Gma Great.

We ate our Mother's day dinner at Mom's yesterday after the funeral. So today we stayed home. Joe made delicious salmon, chicken, veggies. Spencer, Sawyer and Elle are here visiting. I am so thankful for my Mom. She is amazing and is so supportive. Grateful for her everyday. I am also thankful for Grandma Great. She is also so supportive and a great example. Thankful for Grandma LaRue also. We are so blessed. Thankful for Millie, hopefully we get to see her soon.

We remembered to take pictures after most had left. Whoops.

Frannie made me scrambled eggs this morning all by herself! She did a great job.

Sweet Heber, he also made me an awesome necklace at activity days!

Brig called me while I was in YW, so I only talked to him for a second.

Marjorie drew that card above, Sarah made the one beneath. Both so nice inside.

Fran bought me a light up bath bomb. She put it in the cart at the store and told me not to look at it.

I am really grateful to be a mother.

Jungle Book/Region Champs/Pedicures

Marjorie's play and the Elementary was a big production. I painted the back drop and the sheet hanging on the opening curtain. I also helped with this awesome/blasted tree. We had to re-tape it multiple times. It was a beast. The other ladies were awesome to work with. This play was super cute and Marjorie was a darling elephant even though she was not feeling that great.

Heber's cleat fell apart during one of his games. I think we have had them at least 15 years. haha.

My new tulips.

Lucy got to pitch the last region game and we went undefeated in Region again! Wahoo! She had a record of 14 strike outs.

We visited Mary while she was at work. She works in the concession stand at the ballpark.

Then we went to Marjorie's play.

Lucy's team was asked to help run an alumni tournament yesterday. They had 3 teams of alumni and then Kay's Senior team that plays every year in the Senior Games. I volunteered to be an extra. I had Sarah pitch to me on Friday to see if I could still hit a ball. I didn't do too horrible. More pictures down below. I got to play in the 3 pool games and then I left so I could make it to Ogden for our pedicures and dinner for Mother's Day. I made quite a few outs playing first, catcher and 2nd. I did ok at bat. It was a fun time and the cool thing was I got to see a few from my ward that I didn't know played softball. Lucy was the field ump in my last game.

The gigantic river.

We had a fun time visiting and then we ate yummy food at Goodwood BBQ.

Our beautiful trees.

Trying on clothes for Family pictures.

Aunt Stacy passed away early yesterday morning. She was so sick but it is so sad that she is gone so soon.
