Summer is flying by...

These are all pictures my mom sent me. Mary got to go to lots of ballgames for Logan, Brady and Luke. I think she is having a good time.

Raegan, Maycee, Mary, and Jen Penland.

 Sarah and Marjorie's creation.

Lucy got to fly out last Wednesday, she did great and has had a good time as well. I am sure she is not elated that I posted the picture below but she is a funny one.

 These 3 hoodlums...

Sarah did this during art class on Thursday.

The girls at a hotel in Heber City, they got to be there for a long tournament with Gma Connie and the Penlands. I know I have more pictures but most not of saved them to my phone.

I took Brigham, Riley Cook, and Spencer to the pool last Friday night so they could jump off diving board for 2 hours. They had a good time.

Sarah took this of us this morning after my walk with Myrna. I have walked every day this summer 3-4 miles except July 4th. It has been wonderful! The kids come out to greet me when I get back if they are awake.

I am trying to get everything ready. We leave for UT soon and Joe is having carpal tunnel surgery on both hands tomorrow. UGH...I really hope it is not disastrous to be going camping with my husband with no hands. Should be interesting and maybe entertaining to say the least. I am almost 29 weeks.

Happy 4th of July! Busy week...

Our Independence day started out with breakfast with our ward at the church. Joe helped with the pancakes and the boys did the flag ceremony. They had some fun games and bike parade. We all had a great time. It had rained that morning so the temperature was amazing! We all loved it!

Bishop Rigby, my kids, Miles, more Rigbys mixed in there and Muaina's. (and a few others)

 Sarah won!

 Marjorie got some candy!

 Heber getting ready for parade.

Take notice of the shrubs and trees behind in these pictures. They are gone now. :)

Later that day we got to go to Grand Heritage with the Clements. We had a great time. Spencer, Joe and Heber stayed here.

On Wednesday I took Mary to the airport, she flew out all by herself to my parent's house. We will meet them in the Uintas in a couple weeks. Crazy! She did great and was so excited. We all miss her, especially Sarah. I have kept them pretty busy since then so it has been good.

 Just leaving....

We replaced our crazy tree shrub thing with this pink flowering crepe myrtle! It will be so pretty.

Spencer and Joe have worked so hard again this week. They have been working on our yard, the neighbor's fence, finished the dental office landscape, and worked on the truck which blew a head gasket on Tuesday. Joe's hands are killing him. He has surgery on the 20th for carpal tunnel. He is really hoping they will do both now instead of just the one because he can't sleep.

Finished landscape for now. The post in front of the bathroom window is for a birdhouse Joe is going to build.  We added 4 more rose bushes so they will edge the sidewalk all the way up to house. Ignore the dumb sign saying we have a contractor. They are suppose to re-shingle our house tomorrow, I don't think they will have to replace any of the wood. Still need windows fixed, gutters and hardy board on side of house.  A lot of people are getting their windows fixed--I am so glad none of ours are boarded up. 3 months with darkness would be AWFUL!

One night Myrna and I took Christina to Cheesecake factory for her birthday treat. We had a great time!

Yesterday these 5 and I went to Little Elm Park, it was about 50 minutes away. It is an awesome place and free! We met Amber and her kids there. We had a great time. The water was perfect and the sand was even better. So much fun. It got really crowded by the time we left (3) but the morning was great!

Naomi and Natayna played so great with the littles. Cameron and Brigham played well too, I just didn't have my phone. Really nice day. On Friday I took these guys to Oak Point Rec Center, no idea it was there either (pretty close). Brigham and Lucy stayed at the diving board on the inside for over 2 hours doing tricks and flips. I had the little 3, it was a bit crazy but fun. We met our neighbor's (Noboa's) there. We could go outside or inside there. Heber was way easier at the beach, it was perfect for him.

There has been some horrible shootings in the nation this week. Some civilians and some police officers. The worst was here in Dallas, 11 officers shot by a sniper at a Peace protest of all things. Not all of them died but so AWFUL! Our world is so crazy.

Arboretum fun!

Friday there were no camps so we went to the Arboretum. Joe and boys were working hard on a landscape job. It was hot but we had a good time!

 Squirrels everywhere!

Petting zoo, he wasn't too sure about it. Sarah took these pictures of Lucy and Heber while I was in face painting line with Mary and Marjorie. :)

Ha! Her teeth make it a little more real!

New section with lily pads, so awesome. That turtle was so still we thought it was a statue but after a while he moved!

 Silly boy!

Last Sunday after church Joe and I had temple recommend interviews. This is what we came home to.

Marjorie went to Lowes with Dad.

Almost 26 weeks in these pictures. It is going fast

We have been watching this egg for weeks, guessing it is empty.

Lots of work in the sun this week for the boys, they have done well. Lucy had a softball camp everyday at the high school for 3 hours each day. She loved it! I took the little's swimming one day for an hour then we had to pick up kids. Heber and Marjorie are pretty scared, we haven't got to swim very much so it was their first time in. Weird. Oh well. We have been reading Judy Blume's Fudgemania together. That has been fun. Sarah wanted to fast today, so I asked her what she was going to fast for. She said more faith in Jesus. It was really sweet.  We have 2:30 church now for the rest of the year. It will be way better for Heber, I won't have to wake him up at 12 anymore. Mary leaves on Wednesday to stay with my parents until we get there, she is beyond excited!!!
