Lucy "Fairness" award

So my friend was nice enough to take this and tell me that Lucy received an award on Friday morning at Dinobeat. I had no idea! Her best friend Emma Gundersen received the same one and was gone because of surgery on her ear.  Cute girls! Good girls. Love you Lucy!

Baseball

I did not take any of these pictures. Liam's mom did, I loved them and wanted to include them. She has an awesome lens that gets these shots from far away and through the fence. Baseball practice and games--the painted face is a regular occurance. Mary will always find a friend that has some make-up. :)  Can't believe April is already over. Wow.

This is the canvas I got off of groupon for $49. It is a picture I took last year at the Arboretum. I LOVE it.

Lucy has been working hard on her gymnastics, she is doing so great. The other night she was practicing and I told her to stop because she had been going for a while. She said, " I still got that mood in my body for a cartwheel."  So funny.

I am finally wearing my small dresses from a few years ago. YAY!  Testing this week for the boys.

Spencer's First ....

Busy day today, but very exciting to see Spencer hit his first home run. He was one of 2 that got a hit, everyone else struck out or walked. 2 before him struck out, he got up--hit the first pitch and scored and then the kid after him struck out.  :(  We got creamed.  He got the game ball though! YAY Spencer!!!

Happy Easter!

Happy Easter!!! We have had a full weekend of fun! Starting with an Easter Egg Hunt on Thursday at Playgroup for Mary and Sarah.

Ward Talent show was Friday night. Primary was in charge. Melanie Bush was kind enough to put together a little song these kids knew from school. Lucy did GREAT! The boys displayed their art and oragami.

Baby pillow pets for the girls, a bouncy rockin' horse for Sarah, oragami paper and rubix cubes for the boys.  Not from the Easter Bunny--I had to tell Mary the truth she was so afraid it was not worth it.

Taffy got a hair cut this weekend--by me. It was hard and took a lot of time. Now I know why they charge what they do!

We went to a party with the Merrick group yesterday. Fun lunch, easter egg hunt and message from Joe (my Joe).  (Merrick's have a Joe too).

And I tried to get a picture of my kids last night for a canvas I have to order by Wed. Not sure I got one that I want on a large canvas on my home. Let me rephrase, I did NOT get one I want on a large canvas but there are some funny ones. Sarah is in a lovely phase called 18 months!!!

We were so busy but today has been nice and relaxing. Wonderful time of year and we are so thankful for our Savior Jesus Christ. We know He lives and loves us.
