I forgot to mention a few things I want to remember from last week. Kids playing outside with Grandpa. The boys and Gpa DS games--playing each other on them. Watching How to Train Your Dragon and Old Dogs. Eating at Babe's and Mom's ham dinner--that also made delicious ham and beans after. Lucy saying, "Gpa just doesn't get it," when he was teasing her. Good times.

A week with Grandparents!
Happy Birthday Grandma!!! We got to pick up my parents late on my Mom's birthday. It was so fun to see them in the airport and watch the boys run and find them. It was also priceless to see them meet Sarah and love her.
Joe and I and Sarah left the next morning to go to a conference here in Dallas about an hour away. We were gone a couple of days. We missed Spencer's musical but Gpa and Gma got to see and they taped it for us. He did great! The girls danced it up in the isle too from what I heard. They have only been dancing to his music for 2 MONTHS!
They also got to see one of Brigham's football games. It was raining off and on but Brigham played well and it was a close game. Brigham was so excited to have them watch him play.
On Sunday we blessed Sarah. It was great to have my parents here for that too!
Sarah smiled for both my parents already--only 2 weeks old! She is precious and we are so thankful to have her in our family. She is strong too, she has been holding up her head since she was born. We pulled out the baby books and at 2 weeks she looks just like my baby pictures.
Grandma and Sarah!
I will have to redo these pics, she was not happy and I wanted to change her. This is the same dress her sisters were blessed in and the afaghan Gma Painter made her.
It was too bright for her to open her eyes. Joe and I took her to her 2 wk appt. and she was 8lbs. 4 oz. already and 20.5 inches long. So all the newborn clothes are already too small. So weird. They grow so fast! Wish I shrunk that fast...
My cute Dad. His birthday is this Friday. So we celebrated last night before they left. We had apples and caramel and gave him a sweatshirt will all his grandkids on it. He loves them so much and proudly wears all the apparel we make him.
Gpa and sweet Sarah!
New robes for the kids! Brigham has been wanting a robe for a while now. Mom finally found some and they all wanted one of course!
Let's just say everything is going really well with #5 except there seems to be little or no time for bows unless we are going somewhere like church!
Some new clothes! The kids all had a great time with Gpa and Gma. Joe and I loved having them here too. The house has never stayed this clean for this long. My parents cleaned a lot while we were gone, my Dad hand scrubbed all my floors. So nice!!!
Thank you Mom and Dad for coming. Thank you for all you did and all you gave us. Thank you for your time and love. We love you so much!!!
Joe and I had a great time at his conference too. I didn't take my camera. But a new couple in our area had their 3 week old there and Sarah and her were wearing the SAME outfit the first day and they looked a LOT alike. IT was crazy!

Our first week with Sarah
This is therapy for the soul.
Funny faces! The boys have been darling with her as well, but I can't carry the camera around all the time ;).
Lucy and Mary have been having a blast picking out her outfit for the day and helping dress, bathe, and change her. We have stools all over the place now for "little" helpers.
Didn't love the first bath too well.
Cute outfits! Christina Rigby sent Sadie over 3 times this last week and sent clothes and goodies. Sadie was very helpful playing with the girls and helping me out.
Funny pic!
More funny looks from this precious little girl.
Our ward (church members) and neighbors and friends have been so great. I was really worried to have a baby without my family around, but it turned out fine and we were/are so blessed. My parents will be here in 2 days!!! YAY!!! We are so excited to see them, wish the whole clan was coming but hopefully we will see them at Christmas. We have had lots of great meals brought in and so many nice gifts and visitors.
Sarah is a great baby and has been sleeping really well for a newborn! I have been feeling really good, probably partly due to adrenaline from the birth and the excitement of seeing my parents but whatever the reason I am grateful. Joe signed up for a Half Marathon in the end of January. I am hoping to run it with him. I am excited for him even though he is scared to death. I was too--for both of my big races--I guess that is part of the fun. The boys (Joe too) went to the ward campout on Friday night and ended up staying with all the Probst boys that night in their tent. They had a good time and us girls had fun too. Joe and I were able to go to the Adult meeting of Stake Conference last night. That was nice.
I am so grateful to be a mother. I feel so blessed to have 5 wonderful children. It is overwelming to think about sometimes how blessed we are and how much patience the Lord has with me as a person and a mother.

Sarah coming home
So nice to come home to this. My sweet cousin Amber came out and had the house all clean, laundry going, lunch made, and my girls busy with crafts when I walked in. SO NICE! She is playing with Lucy now while Mary and Sarah are napping. I am headed to join them but had to put some pics up first. It is a Great day!!!
