Heber 6 mo and random

This little man was 6 months this last week. He is as big as his brothers were at one. :)
Had his first cereal today, rolling all over the place, can almost sit by himself, no teeth, can push up almost in crawling position. He jabbers a lot! He laughs the most and hardest at Marjorie.

Brigham's basket from his basket weaving merit badge. I love it.

Trade and Barter was Friday, even though the power was out from the HUGE storm we had the night before. 7 in of rain in one night. So much flooding. We had 16 in of rain in the last month. Thankfully we are not hurt by it but it is starting to hurt others. Craziness!

I did another push up challenge this month and did 3,000. 1,000 were full, the rest were modified. It was hard but I like pushing myself!

Career Day/random

Bayley, a sweet neighbor and friend holding Heber. She's getting ready to be a big sister soon.

Heber swinging for the first time last week.

Hangin with big brother. SO cute. I love these moments.

Brigham had his last choir concert last week. We were all able to go, except Spencer, it was really good. He did a great job!

We chopped Mary's hair off on Saturday too.

Today is Career Day at school. Lucy wants to be a Homemaker and Mom. So she chose an exercise outfit and a visitor name tag as if she were visiting her child's school. :)  (Made me smile.)  Mary chose teacher.  Fun girls.  Ryley--cute neighbor, softball player. (Mary and Ryley are on the same team this season.)

We are getting a little sunshine with our rain lately. So that is nice. A lot of games have been cancelled and are now being rescheduled.  We are hoping everything works out with the boys. They have Scout camp soon and it is looking like it will be the same time as the playoffs because of the rain. :( :( :(    I hope it works out. They have worked hard and I don't want them to miss their championship games.

Happy Mother's Day!

Me and my boys.  Thankfully I took these pictures last Sunday because today was dark and wet.

This nice lady stopped and asked if we wanted her to take our picture. Sad that Joe was already at church.

A teammate's mom got this shot of Lucy the other night. Got the Evans tongue going on.

Craft I helped Lucy make for her teacher.

Lucy made this one all by herself.

I helped Mary with this one because she was so sick she could barely sit up. Lucy just threw up so now 5 down--well 4 are doing better now. Weird fever off and on, random sick to stomach, really tired.

Sarah painted a piece of cardboard, I really liked the texture so I am making something with it.

Bottle Buddy, Harriet Tubman, Social Studies assignment.

Science Fair project is due too.

This little birdie was just hanging out in our shrub tree yesterday. He didn't move while we yapped and took a bunch of pictures.

This is the hibiscus plant Joe and the kids gave me for the front! LOVE IT!

Joe made 2 yummy meals today and I got tons of cute cards and notes. I will have to scan them in and put them on here. Funny kids. Very very blessed.  I love my Mom, Grandmothers, Great Grandmothers, Aunts, Sisters, and adopted ones too. I am grateful for the Love they show and give to me. I am so thankful for the opportunity to be a mother. It is so hard and so Amazing.

Last week in family council Sarah had some words of wisdom for us: "Everyday clean your messy up!"

Cute kids/ Teacher door appreciation

 3 cute boys.

 All 7 kids.
This is the door Mary and I worked on for her teacher. The theme was Dr. Seuss. We had a lot of fun with it.

Not great pics but he the outfit is so cute.

We had a beautiful weekend with lots of ballgames and sunshine. It was fun. Only a month left of school. Wowsers!  I finished my 2,340 push ups for the month of April. For May I am going for 3,000. That is 115 a day except Sundays. I do most of them "modified" still, but I like the challenge and I can do them in whatever clothes I am in and any time of the day.
