I read about these Sola Wood Flowers online and wanted to see what they were. I love them, although they are super thin and fragile, they are really pretty. Loved playing with them, love their texture.
Sarah right in the middle, by Mrs. Parrish, holding her class award for class of the month.
A friend ordered a bunch of temple prints and wanted the Oquirrh Mountain temple. I decided to watercolor it. It was challenging but fun. The prints turned out awesome!
The snow has done a number on my flowers.
Marjorie has been taking a ton of pictures, above and below.
Frances has been getting into EVERYTHING, even the bathtub and she can turn it on. UGH.... Good thing I know how fast stages go.
So we went to the trampoline park when it was too cool for outside park and I had had enough with the constant messes.
They loved it.
School art show, I didn't get pictures of Lucy and Mary. Sarah, Marjorie and Sarah's friend Danlee.
She is loving every park and every slide.
Before pictures...we added to our landscape yesterday. The weather is absolutley amazing this weekend!
An after pic sort of. I have a couple more plants coming from my friend and mulch. So I will take real after pics later.
But it already looks better!
Cute tie Spencer picked out shopping yesterday for Prom.
She found water on our walk today.
Sarah got to go to the Natural History Musuem on friday. A sweet mom sent me these pictures. These cute girls all live in our neighborhood.
This was a couple weeks ago. Crazy, but Frannie LOVED it.
Giving kisses...
I got to go meet my mom, sisters, and Gma at Texas Roadhouse in Sandy last Wednesday. Mom got pictures but I can't seem to save them off Instagram. It was so fun to go meet them, I was excited all day. My mom came down for a bit yesterday and helped with the kids while we got the plants in the ground. It is nice to be closer to family. I cannot believe I wrote the last day of school on the calendar today. The 5 week calendar in my kitchen, this year has FLOWN by. I think I say that all the time but it really seems faster than the last time I said it.

Spring Break
riding Brigham...
On Monday we met my family at the trampoline park. Joe took Heber and Frances to my Dad. Then came back and went to lunch with us. We had a great time, except Shan, Haylee and I all hurt ourselves. Thankfully not too horribly though. The wipeout is named that for a reason! I wish we had it recorded!
Mary and I got our hair cut on Tuesday after dentist appointments for the oldest 5.
On Friday we went back up to Ogden to pick up Mary and Lucy who had gone home with Gpa and Gma on Thursday after they visited. Sarah, Marjorie, Gma Great and I went and watched Timarie Painter and Dantzel Hansen tumble. They were incredible, so fun to see.
Frances turned 18 months this last week, so today was her first day in Nursery. She made it the whole 2nd hour and a little of the 3rd and then they brought her to me.
She LOVes her siblings but especially Spencer!
Starting to pray with us.
Spencer's date answered him this week! Going to Prom in a few weeks!
On Wednesday we did well checks for Brigham, Marjorie, Lucy and Mary. Frannie had hers on Thursday morning. Then my parents came and my Dad stayed here with Frannie and Heber while the rest of us went to the Jordan River Open House. It was Beautiful. Yesterday Joe and I went to the Temple and then I took all the kids except Spencer to the Provo Rec Center. They LOVED Swimming. Frannie loves the water. They did great and we had a fun time. It turned out to be an Awesome week! Love being close to Family!
Happy Easter!
Our beautiful flowers are coming up, need to weed and mulch!
Another pic of the cow.
Lucy had her first tournament with Venom on Saturday during Conference and Easter Egg Hunt. We missed her and Joe. She played awesome and did not have a strike out the whole day. Plus she pitched amazing, even after her pitching hand got hurt while she was up to bat. She hit an inside pitch and the ball hit her hand, it fouled off. But it was ugly for a few days.
Going to the Easter Egg Hunt at Gma Great's. Made me miss my Gpa, fun to be here again for it though. It is huge now and tons of people I didn't know, 1200 eggs.
Frannie loved hunting eggs with Gpa.
Marjorie was super sweet and mostly only concerned with Frannie. Sweet big sister.
Maycee and Mary!
Didn't really get to visit with Gma Rue but glad I snuck a picture!
Easter fell on April 1st this year. So I tricked the littles. Left their baskets empty, and Spencer got a Halloween bucket because they broke a basket and didn't tell me.
Dyed eggs in between sessions of General Conference.
General Conference was AMAZING!!! President Nelson was so great, he announced all sorts of changes. No more Home and Visiting Teaching, or at least not called that and different reporting. Part of that no more High Priest Group, they are with the Elders now. Temple in Russia! and Layton!!! The messages were inspiring and beautiful.
